Neil Stipp, DMA, is a free-lance
musician, working as a teacher,
composer, and concert organist.
He also performs for musicals,
weddings, church services,
memorial services, graduations,
parties, and other events.  He
gives private instruction in piano
and organ for ALL ages, and goes
to the student's home for the
convenience of everyone.  He
thoroughly enjoys teaching and helping children and adults reach their
potential in the art of music.  Fees are $30 for half an hour, $60 for an
hour in Los Angeles county.  He also services Riverside, San Bernardino,
Orange, and Kern counties at $40 for half an hour, $80 for an hour.  

Neil received his doctorate in organ performance in June 2003.  He
graduated from UCLA (full scholarship), USC, and Biola

He has performed organ concerts on both the East and West coasts, done
solo work in Scandinavia and Alaska, and accompanied a choir on the
stage of Carnegie Hall in New York City.  He has also been a guest artist
for the La Mirada Symphony.  Other local performances have been at
Royce Hall/UCLA, Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles,
and at First Congregational Church in Los Angeles which houses the
world's largest church organ.

Dr. Stipp has had articles published in
The American Organist, the
most widely read journal devoted to organ and choral music in the world.  
His organ compositions have been published by
Darcey Press,  Lifeway
Christian Resources
and EC Schirmer.

Hobbies?  When he's not busy with music, Neil loves hiking, skiing,
traveling, and dining with his sons.
